Paula DeMars offers people the opportunity to license The Color Coach® as a home-based business with exclusivity in each territory (see current locations). The license permits people to be trained in and use the system of applying perfect paint color palettes in home and office environments as developed for The Color Coach®. Licensees can essentially start up the business immediately after training based on the proven marketing plan created by Paula that utilizes The Color Coach® system and the licensee manual.

Licensees typically have a developed ‘natural eye’ (link to why use color coach web page) for color, and may have a background as interior decorators, color and fashion consultants, or make-up artists. Essentially, people who want to self manage their own business, are organized, self motivated and decisive will enjoy this business.

Paula has created a formula for success in this business model that includes extensive, on location, hands-on, personal training; pre-packaged marketing, advertising and graphics; and the tools of the trade as well as the details on their use.

You won’t need a Ph. D. to turn this license into a successful business. But you do need to like working with people on a one-on-one basis, and have a sensitive and sophisticated sense of color.
